Jennifer is a busy mom of two beautiful children ages 21 and 12. She struggled with weight gain after high school, as many girls do. Her weight gain increased even more during and after her first pregnancy. She struggled with many methods of dieting in an attempt to lose the extra weight. Her breaking point came at age 24, when she could no longer play with her daughter without becoming short of breath. At this point, her weight had peaked over 200lb on a 5'5" frame. She began a life-changing journey of learning the right way to lose and keep the weight off.
At age 37, she found CrossFit and it became her refuge. She had kept the weight off, but wanted to gain lean muscle mass. After over four years of learning from some amazing coaches, she's met her goals she never knew she could achieve through fitness and strength training. At age 41, she looks and feels better than ever before. She attributes the change to solid nutritional foundations, paired with a consistent fitness plan.

Rachel has always had a passion for health and fitness. She grew up playing a variety of sports until her sophomore year of high school when she tore her ACL for the first time. With 2 more tears and surgeries in the years to follow. This time in her life helped her to realize the importance of strength training and a healthy diet even more. She studied dietetics in college and pursued a career in the food industry after she graduated. Even though fitness and nutrition were important to to Rachel, the stress and demands of college took priority to a healthy lifestyle. She continued to stay active, but struggled with managing food intake and stress. Shortly after college she found CrossFit which led to a whole new outlook on how to be the healthiest version of herself. She began to see changes in her body, but wanted to lose the unwanted body fat she had gained over the years. Just a little over a year ago she discovered macros and the benefits of attaining certain numbers to reach specific goals. Today she is healthier and more confident than she has ever been.
